Wine
means culture. On this Island that smells of orange blossom, the
sun casts his rays giving life to beautiful, golden grapes. A
north-east breeze in the moonlight moves the leaves and mitigates
the heat. This is Magna Graecia.
The ritual of the germination, the maturation and the vinification
repeats itself every year. The playful and lecherous god Pan,
with his goat-like legs and horns, chases after the nymphs as,
into vats, the grape juice, joyous, ferments. So comes out Odisseo,
a wine that evokes ancient poems and recites them, with irresistible
charm, into a cup.
Pairings – Eloro Pachino
Intense and full-bodied, the Eloro wine is a perfect match to
rich dishes and game meats. It is best served at cellar temperature.
A recommended recipe: coniglio alla cacciatore with fried mixed
vegetables.

Eloro
Pachino
Kore,
queen of invenals, returns every year in spring-summer to her
mother Cerere and nature wakes, flowers, yields fruit.
Our D.O.C. Eloro Pachino has an intense red ruby colour with red
brick shades when it starts ageing.
Its smell is intense, musky; its taste is full bodied, tannic that
leaves a velvety and strong aftertaste.
