Wine
means culture. On this Island that smells of orange blossom, the
sun casts his rays giving life to beautiful, golden grapes. A
north-east breeze in the moonlight moves the leaves and mitigates
the heat. This is Magna Graecia.
The ritual of the germination, the maturation and the vinification
repeats itself every year. The playful and lecherous god Pan,
with his goat-like legs and horns, chases after the nymphs as,
into vats, the grape juice, joyous, ferments. So comes out Odisseo,
a wine that evokes ancient poems and recites them, with irresistible
charm, into a cup.
Pairings – Insolia
With its characteristics of freshness and finesse, the Insolia
wine is perfect with fish appetizers and dishes and white meats.
It should be served at 12°C.
A rcommended recipe: appetizer of marinated sardines flavoured
with extravergine oil, lemon juice and chili peppers.
