Wine
means culture. On this Island that smells of orange blossom, the
sun casts his rays giving life to beautiful, golden grapes. A
north-east breeze in the moonlight moves the leaves and mitigates
the heat. This is Magna Graecia.
The ritual of the germination, the maturation and the vinification
repeats itself every year. The playful and lecherous god Pan,
with his goat-like legs and horns, chases after the nymphs as,
into vats, the grape juice, joyous, ferments. So comes out Odisseo,
a wine that evokes ancient poems and recites them, with irresistible
charm, into a cup.
Pairings – Moscato di Noto
Pairings – Moscato di Noto
The Moscato di Noto is often matched to sweet pastries and sugar-coated
almonds, as the noble ladies and gentlemen of the ancient city
used to do, in times past. It pairs as equally well with fruit
and any type of dessert.
