Wine
means culture. On this Island that smells of orange blossom, the
sun casts his rays giving life to beautiful, golden grapes. A
north-east breeze in the moonlight moves the leaves and mitigates
the heat. This is Magna Graecia.
The ritual of the germination, the maturation and the vinification
repeats itself every year. The playful and lecherous god Pan,
with his goat-like legs and horns, chases after the nymphs as,
into vats, the grape juice, joyous, ferments. So comes out Odisseo,
a wine that evokes ancient poems and recites them, with irresistible
charm, into a cup.

Vino
Rosso Odisseo
The
red wine was the first that the Candido firm began producing.
Odisseo is the trademark of the firm.
The production of this wine has passed through a lot of ventures
just like Ulysses who came to Sicilian shores and taught our people
the art of making wine.
